Electronic Identification

The ConsentID application enables users to confirm their identity securely and reliably through the electronic identification portal and to log in to the eGovernment Portal. Users who access the eGovernment Portal in this manner can use all electronic services provided by the Portal.

The applicant’s personal presence is mandatory for the issuance of the parameters and QR code.

If the applicant does not have an account on the eGovernment Portal, the user must be registered before the parameters can be issued. Registration is carried out based on the Unique Master Citizen Number (JMBG) and an identity document.

An appointment for the issuance of electronic identification parameters must be scheduled by email: embsrbqat@gmail.com.

The service is free of charge.
