Reporting a missing/lost passport

In the event of a missing/lost passport, the case must be reported to the local police, who will issue a certificate/report.

The certificate/report must be translated into Serbian in the Cyrillic script by an authorised translator.

The missing/lost passport must also be reported to the Embassy.

Required documents:

• Valid identity document with a photograph
• Translated certificate/report issued by the local police
• Completed statement regarding the missing passport (Изјава о нестанку пасоша_2.docx)
