Travel Document

A travel document is a travel document intended solely for return to Serbia, with a validity period necessary for the return journey, but not exceeding 60 days.

The application for the issuance of a travel document must be submitted in person at the Embassy.

Required documents:

• Valid identity document with a photograph
• Completed application form for the issuance of a travel document (Образац ПЛ.pdf)
• Two photographs, size 3.5 × 4.5 cm
• For minors under the age of 18, the presence of both parents is required, or the written and certified consent of the parent who is not present.

For newborns, prior registration of the child’s birth is required.

Consular fee: EUR 45 – cash.
