Citizens of the Republic of Serbia, who do not have a residence permit in Qatar, can enter Qatar with prior registration through the website www.ehteraz.gov.qa, as well as with a negative PCR test (sampling not older than 48 hours from the time of departure), or a negative rapid antigen test, not older than 24 hours, issued by accredited health centers in the Republic of Serbia. Home tests are not recognized.
There are no additional tests upon arrival in Qatar.
For citizens of Serbia-residents of Qatar, there is no obligation to register at www.ehteraz.gov.qa, nor to be tested before the trip, but there is an obligation to be tested with a rapid test within 24 hours after landing in Doha.
For vaccinated and unvaccinated citizens of Serbia, (residents and non-residents) there is no obligation to quarantine, but it is mandatory only for those who have been tested positive for covid 19.
The following vaccines are fully recognized: "Pfizer", "Astra Zeneca", "Moderna" (if at least 14 days have passed since vaccination with the second, i.e. booster dose) and "Johnson Johnson" (minimum 14 days after receiving one dose, i.e. 7 days from buster), while "Sinofarm", "Sinovac" and "Sputnik V" are recognized on the condition that the antibody test is performed no later than 30 days before the trip. A history of covid 19 is recognized if there is a confirmation of this in Qatar or the Republic of Serbia. The period of validity of the certificate of past illness or vaccination is 12 months for the booster dose and 9 months for the second dose of the "Pfizer", "Moderna", "Astra Zeneka" vaccine (but 6 months for "Sinofarm" and "Sputnik").
All passengers, except holders of diplomatic passports, must have the "Ehteraz" application installed, which also accepts a Serbian SIM card.
A PCR test for transit through Doha's Hamad Airport is not required, unless the destination country of travel requires such a test. This policy is also followed by the company "Qatar Airways", through which most of the arrivals and transits through Doha take place.
It is recommended, especially before the planned trip, to check the current information on the conditions of entry through the website of the Ministry of Health of Qatar www.moph.gov.qa, due to frequent changes.
Private health insurance is mandatory for all visitors and residents of Qatar, in accordance with the new legal solutions.
