Please find attached application form that must be completed.

The required documents are:

1. Valid passport - Passport must be valid at least 90 days from the date of exit
2. Letter of invitation for private visit which must be certificated by relevant authority of Montenegro. For Tourist trip- proof of hotel reservation.
3. Two photos (passport size)
4. Plain ticket reservation
5. Travel health insurance
6. Valid QID
7. Job confirmation letter
8. Bank Account-bank statement the last three months.
9. Application form.

Visa fee is 130 euros, and it's paid in euros in cash in the Embassy. In case the visa is rejected the money is not refundable. It might take up to 3 weeks for visa to be granted.
