Starting from December 20, Foreign Citizens can enter Serbia only with priorly made negative PCR test on Sars-Cov2. Serbian citizens can enter without PCR test and are sent to home quarantine.Foreign citizens with the temporary resident permits, diplomats with Serbian ID cards and Serbian citizens can enter without PCR test, but need to go for isolation of 10 days. If they have negative PCR test, they do not go to quarantine. PCR test is also not needed for transit up to 12 hours, and for ship, aircraft crews.
